University Internists History

University Internists is a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) primary care office located in the Nappi Wellness Institute.  We care for patients 18 years and older as well as PATCCH  (Pediatric to Adult Transition Clinic for Complex Health Care needs) patients 16 years and up.

In addition to providing primary care, our physicians have additional training in osteoporosis, diabetes, coronary artery disease, COPD, hypertension, obesity, women's health and palliative care.

Our staffing consists of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants, Nurse Manager, Team Leader, Care Managers, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, Administrative Staff, and Social Workers. 

Emergencies

A physician is available by phone 24 hours a day and is reached through our office number, 315-464-6527. When patients call after hours, their call will be transferred to the answering service who will relay the message to the on-call physician. The on-call physician will respond to the call as soon as possible.

Life-threatening emergencies: Patients should call 911 for an ambulance to transport them to the nearest hospital or emergency department.

Parking

Free parking is available in the adjacent lot. West Garage and tickets will be validated at check-out. Valet service available for a fee.
